After our initial face-to-face discovery chat, we will send you an estimate breaking down the cost for your tour, covering the expenses and transportation options available based on the information you have shared.
WHY A DEPOSIT?
A deposit assures us from losing the opportunity to book someone else and gives us the assurance to begin preparations that may include car rental and special reservations for your tour.
- We will require a deposit of $150.00; you will have 3 days to pay the required $150 non-refundable reservation deposit (if you decide to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded; see below on our cancellation and rescheduling policy).
- After 3 days, if we have not received your deposit, your reservation will be cancelled, and the date will appear as available on our calendar of available tour dates.
- Once your deposit is paid, we will be sending you travel updates and reminders as we get closer to the day of your tour.
- Deposit Form of Payment: If you’re in the US, you can pay your deposit via Zelle, Square, PayPal, Cash App.
- If you’re outside the US, let us know which electronic payments your country offers so we can get your deposit taken care of securely.
- Final payment can be paid in cash, but we also take the same form of payment as your deposit. It is due before we begin your evening tour
No refunds on cancellations or rescheduling.
If you need to reschedule your tour for personal or business reasons it must be done 3 weeks before your tour date to be able to keep your reservation and deposit valid. Again, no refunds will be issued on any cancellations.
Some of our services require reservations and they also need advance notice to either reschedule or make it available for a future customer.
Deposit will be honored and allowed to be rescheduled due to the following:
- Weather Conditions
- Airline Delays & Cancellations
- Natural Disaster
